The founder of Bharad Schools, Shri Gijubhai Bharad is a well known name not just in Gujarat but also within and outside the country. Former President of India, Late Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam has praised and congratulated Shri Gijubhai Bharad on his work related to Science and Scientific Learning Methods in Saurashtra and Gujarat. Having promoted and disseminated various themes like Science, Technology, Management and Personality Development over a career of 5 decades, Bharad Schools is his dream venture, making it a dream abode for students all over.
Shri Gijubhai has effectively completed various educational projects under G.C.E.R.T. Having conducted many radio talks, more than 4000 lectures in various institution, more than 450 seminars of 3 to 5 days, Shri Gijubhai has provided guidance and inspiration to the society especially the younger generations. Having written over 100 books on subjects related to Psychology, Mathematics and Science and having designed various vocational courses Shri Gijubhai has been a “guru” in true sense to thousands of students. On 10 May 2009, Bharad Foundation published a record breaking 392 books. A thousand set of these books were distributed free of cost to over 4000 villages each, starting an educational revolution.
These are all run under his impressive management and guidance. He strongly feels the need for a modification in school system, reorienting it to Indian culture and traditions.He wants children to be trained into learning more by doing things themselves and trying out new ideas, taking failure and success in their stride, with all their energies focused on honest and purposeful effort. He always considers education to be for life and not just for living.
Shri Jatinbhai Bharad is to be credited for connecting over 700 schools in Rajkot district during his tenure as President of Rajkot Self-Finance School Management Association (2015 to 2018). Currently he is appointed as President of Gujarat Self-Finance School Management Association. An academician with more than 38 years of teaching experience, he is not just a brilliant scholar but also a successful entrepreneur.
Priyank Bharad is an M.S. Graduate from the prestigious Rutgers University in New Jersey, USA. He is an accomplished professional with a knack for teaching and managment. Bharad Vishva Vidhyapith is learning and growing leaps and bounds under his new found guidance.
Having constantly felt the need of a co-education school with English as the medium of instruction having a higher, better and more scientific curriculum, Shri G.K.Bharad Vidhya Mandir is Priyank Bharad’s dream project.
